Micro-wedding picnic in Brisbane
A small wedding the way small weddings should feel: a ceremony under a tree, then everyone sits down together at one long table. No venue hire, no minimum spend, no bump-out at 11pm.
We set up a styled ceremony spot — an arch or floral moment, a signing table and two chairs — and, a few steps away, long low tables with rugs and cushions for every guest, dressed with runners, fresh flowers, candles, glassware and plates. A welcome sign and a letter board carry your names. You bring the celebrant, the cake and up to 30 of the people who matter.
Four hours on site covers the ceremony, photos and a long lunch. Add the grazing table so nobody has to think about food, and the extra hour if there will be speeches. For more than 30 guests, email us and we quote it properly.
How the day runs
- Book the date onlineChoose the morning or afternoon slot. We hold one micro-wedding per day, so your date is yours.
- We plan it with youA call to pick the park, the colours and the flowers, and to sort the council permit — most Brisbane City Council parks need one for a ceremony, and we can arrange it for a fee.
- Arrive to a finished sceneSet up before the first guest, packed away after the last photo. Wet weather: we move the date or shift to a covered spot you nominate.
