How booking works

  1. Choose and pay onlinePick full-service or DIY, your date and guest count. Pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  2. We confirm the detailsWithin a day we message you to confirm the park, meeting spot, colours and any add-ons.
  3. Arrive and enjoyYour picnic is ready when you get there. Bring food, drinks and the people. We pack it all away.

Rain forecast? We move your picnic to the next date that suits you, free. Weather and cancellation policy.

Where we set up

Anywhere in Brisbane with grass and a view. Favourites: New Farm Park, Kangaroo Point cliffs, the City Botanic Gardens, Roma Street Parkland, Mt Coot-tha lookout lawns, Orleigh Park in West End, and your own backyard.

We know which parks need a permit for larger groups and which spots catch the best light at 5pm. Ask when you book and we will suggest a spot for your group size and occasion.
